How it works
From house manual to concierge
Every apartment gets its own concierge on WhatsApp, built from your house manual and your rules, carrying your brand. Here is what happens, from setup to the guest's last message.
Setting it up
- You send us the essentials. Your house manual, house rules, the extras you sell and who to call for what.
- We build and test it. The concierge is set up in your brand and your tone, then tested against scripted guest conversations before any real guest talks to it.
- You try it first. Your team checks it before it goes live. Your team stays in charge of anything that needs a person.
- A QR code goes in each apartment. Guests scan it to open the chat. Your guests talk to a concierge under the name you choose.
What guests experience
- They scan the QR code and chat on WhatsApp. The same code can open the chat in a web browser, so nobody needs to download anything.
- They write in their own language and the concierge replies in it.
- Answers come in seconds, at any hour: Wi-Fi, check-in, parking, the nearest pharmacy, how the air conditioning works.
- Beyond the house manual, it can help with local tips, weather and surf conditions, and requests such as a taxi or a restaurant table.
What it can use
The concierge has its own set of skills, so it can do more than answer from a document.
-
WhatsApp
Chats with guests where they already are, and can message local businesses such as taxis and restaurants on their behalf.
-
Google Maps
Directions, travel times and the nearest pharmacy, supermarket or beach, tailored to how the guest is getting around.
-
Live weather
Up-to-date forecasts, so guests know whether tomorrow is a beach day or a museum day.
-
Surf reports
Wave height, wind and tides, with a word on which spots suit beginners.
-
Local events
What's on during the stay: markets, concerts, festivals and match days.
-
Web search
Current opening hours, menus and anything else that changes faster than a house manual.
-
Bookings
Taxis, transfers and restaurant tables, requested for the guest and confirmed back in the chat.
-
Your house manual
Wi-Fi, check-in, appliances, rules and the extras you sell, for every property.
-
Photos and voice notes
Guests can send a photo of the problem or a voice note, in any language.
What it passes to you
- Urgent problems. Leaks, lock-outs and injuries reach you straight away, in one alert with the apartment, the problem, what the guest has tried and when they leave.
- Anything that costs money. The concierge can offer the extras you sell, but it never promises, confirms or discounts anything. Every request that costs money comes to you to approve.
- Complaints. They come to you with every detail while there is still time to put things right.
Door codes only go to a guest matched to a current booking, and only during their stay.
What you get back
- Most routine questions answered without your team.
- Problems caught during the stay instead of in the review.
- Extras offered once, at the right moment, as a complete request you only have to approve.
- A log of house-rule incidents such as noise, ready if neighbours or the building ever complain.
The pilot
We are taking on founding pilots a few property managers at a time. A pilot is 30 days, free, on 10 to 20 of your units. Results are measured with anonymous counts, without keeping your guests' conversations.
